Tara specializes in intercountry adoption and has worked with expectant/birth parents, individual/couples pursuing stepparent, relatives, and domestic infants for over 20 years. She earned master’s degrees in business administration and social work.

She chose to become a social worker in order help make a difference in the lives of children. Tara spends her free time reading, gardening, being outdoors (UTV, fishing, hiking), and generally spending time with family, friends, and her pets.
