Chelsea has more than 20 years of experience in social work, with a dedicated focus on supporting children and families. She earned her Master of Social Work degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and has spent her career helping individuals navigate important life transitions with compassion and care.
As the Adoption & Pregnancy Support Services Manager, Chelsea enjoys both working directly with families and leading a team committed to providing exceptional support. She is passionate about walking alongside adoptive families, birth parents, and expectant parents, offering guidance, encouragement, support, and advocacy throughout their journeys.
In her free time, Chelsea enjoys spending time with family and friends. She loves walking, reading, gardening, and playing pickleball.
