Karmen has served as the Executive Director of Catholic Charities since 2020 and collected over 30 years of experience in corporate citizenship, communications, and charitable giving before making the leap to nonprofit leadership. She earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Lakeland University, an associate’s degree in marketing from Western Technical College, and a certificate in nonprofit leadership from UW-Green Bay.
Karmen loves Catholic Charities because she is passionate about her faith into action to serve others. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three daughters. She loves to bike, walk, and kayak and you can often find her chasing a sunset.
