Our Immigration services begin with a consultation appointment. If you are a new client, please fill out the intake form and a staff member will contact you to schedule a consultation appointment:

Pricing

All Immigration services are based on a fee schedule based on the service provided. An initial consultation fee of $50 is assessed at the time of consultation. Future fees will be discussed during the consultation appointment based on each individual case. Catholic Charities fees are in addition to the filing fees of U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).

About Us

Our Immigration services program is staffed by experienced partially accredited representatives who are committed to helping individuals understand immigration laws, while navigating the complex immigration process.

License/Accreditations

Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Green Bay is a Recognized Organization under 8 C.F.R. § 1292.11. An organization is recognized when the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) gives a non-profit organization permission to practice immigration law through Accredited Representatives. Federal regulations at 8 C.F.R. § 1292.1(a)(4) allow non-attorney “Accredited Representatives” to represent individuals before the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). Accredited Representatives may only provide immigration legal services through Recognized Organizations. Catholic Charities Immigration staff are partially accredited by the DOJ, the highest administrative body for interpreting and applying United States immigration laws. In addition, we are affiliated with the Catholic Legal Immigration Network, Inc. (CLINIC), which provides consultation and technical assistance on cases when needed.

Catholic Charities Immigration Services serves individuals residing within the 16 counties of the Diocese of Green Bay. Consultations are performed in Green Bay, Menasha, and Manitowoc. We offer in-person, phone and virtual appointments depending on your location and preference.
