We assist with family-based and humanitarian immigration matters, helping individuals reunite with loved ones, pursue U.S. citizenship, apply for humanitarian protections, and access available immigration benefits. We also support eligible immigrant survivors of domestic violence and other vulnerable individuals seeking legal protections, working to help every person build a safer, more stable future with dignity and hope.

If you are a new client, please complete the General Immigration Intake Form. Once submitted, a member of our team will review your information, evaluate your case, and determine the next steps.
A Catholic Charities staff member will contact you to discuss your situation and determine whether our Immigration Legal Services program is the right fit for your needs. All information shared with our team remains confidential.
If legal services are appropriate for your case, we will help you schedule a consultation. Consultations are available in Green Bay and at LEAVEN in Menasha, with in-person, phone, and virtual appointment options available based on your location and preference.
During your consultation, we will discuss your immigration status, goals, and available legal options. Our partially accredited representatives will help determine the best path forward and explain any immigration benefits or services for which you may be eligible.
All Immigration services are based on a fee schedule based on the service provided. The initial consultation fee is assessed at the time of consultation.
Future fees will be discussed during the consultation appointment based on each individual case.
Catholic Charities fees are in addition to the filing fees of U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).

Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Green Bay is a Recognized Organization under 8 C.F.R. § 1292.11. An organization is recognized when the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) gives a non-profit organization permission to practice immigration law through Accredited Representatives. Federal regulations at 8 C.F.R. § 1292.1(a)(4) allow non-attorney “Accredited Representatives” to represent individuals before the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). Accredited Representatives may only provide immigration legal services through Recognized Organizations. Catholic Charities Immigration staff are partially accredited by the DOJ, the highest administrative body for interpreting and applying United States immigration laws. In addition, we are affiliated with the Catholic Legal Immigration Network, Inc. (CLINIC), which provides consultation and technical assistance on cases when needed.
