McKenzie Van Lanen has more than 10 years of experience in social work and is passionate about supporting expectant parents and adoptive families throughout their adoption journeys. She is dedicated to helping families navigate life’s important decisions with compassion, empathy, and respect, ensuring they feel informed, supported, and empowered every step of the way.

In addition to her work in adoption and pregnancy support services, McKenzie has specialized training in perinatal mental health, reproductive grief care, and community doula support, enhancing her ability to provide compassionate, trauma-informed care to the individuals and families she serves.

Outside of work, McKenzie enjoys spending time with family and friends, baking, reading, traveling, and a good iced coffee.
