Discipleship Goal: By 2025, we will call forth and form 1,000 missionary disciples who will disciple at least two others.
Vocation Goal: By 2025, we will call forth and form 30 seminarians to be missionary leaders in the priesthood.
As Missionary Disciples, Catholic Charities labors in our communities serving and inviting those who have often been left out or felt alone to know and experience the tremendous and abundant love of God through His Son Jesus Christ.
The North STAR: By 2025 our team of professional, dedicated staff will serve 10,000+ individuals annually throughout the 16 counties of the Diocese of Green Bay with a focus on rural, underserved communities. We will rely on telehealth and collaborative partnerships with the parishes and other social service provider and frequent prayer to make this happen.
Communications: Be known as the preferred faith-based social services entity in NE Wisconsin – community and Christ-centered in all our work.
Operations: Maintain the financial health, operational strength, and integrity of all program areas.
People: Build and strengthen the Catholic Charities Mission Team.
