Catholic Charities Mental Health Program reaches out to all 16 counties of the Diocese of Green Bay. We offer in person, phone and virtual appointments depending on your location. Our physical locations are in Green Bay, Marinette and at LEAVEN in Menasha.
Catholic Charities Mental Health Program is a DHS 35 Outpatient Mental Health Clinic fee for service program that offers counseling for all individuals regardless of their background. A sliding-fee scale structure is offered for individuals or families with financial hardship. This means paying based on income.
Step 1: Contact your insurance provider to see if counseling services are included in your insurance (individual, couples, or family).
