Catholic Charities Strategic Plan 2025-2027

The Catholic Charities’ strategic planning process began in January 2025 and involved multiple sessions and “voice of the stakeholder” online surveys to define the organization’s direction and priorities.  The team, made up of a collaborative mix of staff and board members, did a comprehensive evaluation of our desired future state, analysis of data and survey feedback, and in-depth discussions about challenges and opportunities.   As a result, the strategic planning team identified four Key Focus Areas for Catholic Charities for the next three years:  Activate, Abundance, Operational Excellent, and People and Culture.  Each goal is supported by key actions that will be prioritized over the next 3 years.  To learn more, or to see how you can help advance our mission, please reach out to CharitiesGB@gbdioc.org.
