Our family resource coordinators offer support and services to help families across Northeast Wisconsin take the next steps toward well-being and self-sufficiency.

Family Resource Coordinators can help with the following;

Identifying community programs and supports
Navigating the healthcare and community programs systems
Assist to reduce barriers to help you achieve your goals
Information and referral

Individuals/families who reside in Northeastern Wisconsin who would like additional support to meet their self-identified goals.
