Catholic Charities currently has instructors trained to provide Adult Mental Health First Aid Classes. This class will teach individuals how to identify, understand and respond to signs of mental illness and substance use disorders Participants will be provided with the skills needed to support someone in crisis or who may be developing a mental health or substance use disorder. The class can be given to parishes, schools, community organizations, or volunteers. There is no cost for the class and all materials needed are provided by Catholic Charities.
