Olivia started as a case manager intern with Catholic Charities and was later hired as a Refugee Resettlement Case Manager. Olivia will soon graduate from Saint Norbert College with a degree in Sociology and concentration in Human Services.

Olivia chose to become a case manager to help people to be able to help themselves. Her hobbies include traveling, cooking and spending time with friends and family.
