Tara DeGrave

Tara earned master’s degrees in business administration and social work. She has over 15 years’ experience working with families to help them achieve their goals, and non-profit leadership. She has served in her current role as Associate Director since 2020.
 
 She chose to become a social worker in order help make a difference in the lives of children.  That has evolved throughout her career to become what it is today: to equip staff with resources to help them develop professionally and enhance services provided to clients. Tara spends her free time reading, gardening, being outdoors (UTV, fishing, hiking), and generally spending time with family, friends, and her pets.
