Stephanie Ritter, M.Ed., M.S.
Case Manager – Adoption and Pregnancy Support Services
Stephanie Ritter is a dedicated professional with dual master’s degrees in Education and Counseling. With a career spanning teaching, administration, higher education, foster care, and adoption services, she brings a unique blend of expertise in both academic and human development.
Her background includes serving as a teacher and principal in lower education, teaching at the university level, and leading as an academic specialist and director of a Student Success Center. She has also worked in foster care as a caseworker in Pennsylvania, supporting vulnerable children and families through challenging transitions.
Currently, Stephanie is a Case Manager with Catholic Charities, where she provides adoption and pregnancy support services. In this role, she walks alongside birth parents, adoptive families, and children with compassion and a deep understanding of the complexities of adoption.
Outside of her professional work, Stephanie enjoys the simple joys of life—coffee, reading, and thrifting—activities that reflect her love of learning, reflection, and creativity.
