Thomas desires to foster in individuals an understanding of God’s infinite love for them and their inherent dignity as a human person made in Almighty God’s image and likeness. This awareness allows for a deeper understanding of one’s self, and healing of both body and soul. He strives to create a safe, collaborative environment, in which individuals are empowered to face the challenges of life with compassionate support and guidance in a therapeutic environment. 

Thomas has received extensive training in Thomistic psychology (the application of the philosophy of Saint Thomas Aquinas to counseling psychology) and has worked with members of various religious orders as well as individuals discerning religious life. He has also received advanced training in couples therapy from the Gottman Relationship Institute. Thomas has experience working with individuals, couples, and groups.
