At Catholic Charities, we believe every person is created in the image of God and deserving of compassion, dignity, and hope. Our Mental Health Counseling Services offer a safe, confidential environment where individuals, couples, and families can find healing through professional support that honors the whole person—mind, body, and spirit.

Our licensed counselors provide evidence‑based therapeutic care while respecting each client’s personal beliefs and spiritual journey. For those who desire it, we thoughtfully integrate faith, prayer, and spiritual perspectives into the counseling process, helping clients connect their psychological well‑being with their spiritual life. We welcome and serve people of all backgrounds and faith traditions, offering support that is compassionate, non‑judgmental, and tailored to individual needs.

Our services include:

  • Individual, couples, and family counseling
  • Faith‑integrated counseling, upon request
  • Trauma‑informed therapeutic care
  • Grief and loss support rooted in hope
  • Behavioral health assessments
  • Short‑term and long‑term counseling options
  • Flexible in‑person and telehealth appointments
