Peer Support Services

If you haven’t met someone who’s used peer support services, you might be wondering what they’re all about. Peer support can serve as a bridge while waiting for traditional mental health or addiction services—or it can be a valuable complement to them. It offers connection, understanding, and encouragement from someone who has lived through similar experiences and is trained to support others on their recovery wellness journey.
