Immigration counseling begins with a consultation appointment. If you are a new client, please fill out the following intake form and a staff member will contact you to evaluate your case and schedule an appointment if needed:
General Immigration Intake Form
If you need assistance completing the intake packet please contact one of our Immigration counselors at 920-272-8234.
Catholic Charities Immigration Services reaches out to all 16 counties of the Diocese of Green Bay. Consultations are performed in Green Bay and at LEAVEN in Menasha. We offer in person, phone and virtual appointments depending on your location and preference.
All Immigration services are based on a fee schedule based on service provided. Intial consultation fee is assessed at time of consultation. Future fees will be discused during the consultation appointment based on each individual case. Catholic Charities fees are in addition to the filing fees U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services charge.
Our counselors are partially accredited by the U.S. Department of Justice’s Bureau of Immigration Appeals (BIA), the highest administrative body for interpreting and applying United States immigration laws. Partial accreditation means our immigration counselors can practice before the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), but not before the Board of Immigration Appeals or Immigration Judges. In addition, we are affiliated with the Catholic Legal Immigration Network, Inc. (CLINIC), which provides consultation and legal advice on cases when needed. This is done by immigration attorneys.
As the Catholic Church and Catholic Charities, we are called to welcome the stranger and care for our brothers and sisters. This can be challenging during uncertain times; times of change in elected officials, policy changes, and anti-immigrant rhetoric in the media/social media. We stand with refugees and immigrants.
Here is how we do so. All are welcome. The church is a safe place.
